1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Adonai Prestige Services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Adonai Prestige Services provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

• International shipping from the United States to Jamaica
• Air freight shipping services
• Package handling and logistics coordination
• Online shopping assistance for customers without payment cards
• Package tracking updates and notifications
• Express delivery options (additional fee may apply)
• Delivery services within Kingston & St. Andrew and surrounding areas
• Third-party courier coordination where necessary

Adonai Prestige Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Business Location & Operations

Service Area:
Kingston & St. Andrew, Jamaica (Online-Based Service)

Pickup Method:
Delivery service or arranged meet-up only.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight.

1 lb – 10 lbs
JMD $650 per pound

Packages over 10 lbs
JMD $600 per pound

Package weight may be rounded up to the nearest pound in accordance with standard shipping practices.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery services are available for the following locations:

Kingston & St. Andrew:
Delivery Fee – JMD $800

Portmore:
Delivery Fee – JMD $1200

Delivery fees are separate from shipping costs.

6. Shipping Schedule

Shipping schedules may vary depending on shipment volume, customs clearance, airline schedules, and other operational factors.

All shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including customs inspections, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the following:

• Providing a valid tracking number for all incoming packages
• Accurately declaring the value of all items being shipped
• Ensuring that all packages comply with Jamaican import laws and regulations
• Providing accurate contact and delivery information

Failure to provide a tracking number may result in delays in locating or processing packages.

8. Identification Requirement

For security purposes, a valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery or collection of packages.

Failure to provide identification may result in delayed or denied release of packages.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Service

Customers who require assistance purchasing items online without a credit or debit card may use our Online Shopping Assistance Service.

Service Fee:

10% of the item value
Minimum service fee: JMD $2000

Important notes:

• Full payment must be made before the item is purchased
• Customers must confirm item details before purchase
• Adonai Prestige Services is not responsible for vendor errors, product defects, sizing issues, or order cancellations

All refunds or exchanges remain between the customer and the original vendor.

10. Referral Rewards

Customers may participate in our referral program.

• Customers receive JMD $1000 shipping credit for each successful referral.
• The referred customer must complete their first shipment before the reward is issued.

11. New Customer Promotion

New customers receive JMD $500 off their first shipment.

Conditions:

• Minimum shipment weight: 5 lbs
• Promotion may not be combined with other discounts unless stated.

12. Payments

All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before delivery or release of packages.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• Cash
• Digital payment options (where available)

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery.

13. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Adonai Prestige Services assumes limited liability for loss, damage, or delays caused by:

• Airline carriers
• Customs authorities
• Third-party delivery partners
• Vendor packaging issues

Responsibility begins when the package is received into our system and ends once the package is delivered or handed over to the customer or courier partner.

14. Packaging & Fragile Items

Adonai Prestige Services is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by vendors or suppliers.

Fragile items including but not limited to:

• Electronics
• Glass items
• Liquids
• Cosmetics
• Breakable goods

are shipped entirely at the customer's risk.

15. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure all shipments comply with Jamaican and international shipping laws.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
• Explosives or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Pornographic materials
• Perishable foods
• Live animals
• Cash or financial instruments

Any prohibited item discovered may be confiscated, destroyed, or surrendered to authorities without refund.

Adonai Prestige Services assumes no liability for fines, penalties, or seizures resulting from prohibited items.

16. Customs Duties & Government Charges

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and government fees assessed by Jamaica Customs.

These fees are separate from shipping charges and are not controlled by Adonai Prestige Services.

17. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving or being notified of the package.

Supporting documentation may include:

• Invoice or receipt
• Photos of damage
• Tracking information

WhatsApp messages do not automatically constitute official claims unless formally acknowledged by our team.

18. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Customers will be notified once packages arrive.

Packages not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may be:

• Auctioned
• Donated
• Disposed of

to recover storage and administrative costs.

Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

19. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested before shipment processing begins.

Once a shipment has entered the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.

20. Amendments

Adonai Prestige Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will take effect immediately once published on our website.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Adonai Prestige Services and the customer regarding all services provided.
